H12 Film has started pre-production of the historical/artistic documentary about Vittorio Amedeo Gioanetti (1729 1815). Physician and chemist, he was also an important producer of ceramics and porcelain that briefly brought Piedmont to the fore in the Courts of Europe, for the refined artefacts produced by the Royal Factory of Vinovo.

The documentary, in addition to contextualizing the historical period and tracing porcelain’s evolution from birth to its diffusion throughout Europe, will deepen the analysis of the events linked to the Castello della Rovere in Vinovo, the most important porcelain factory in Piedmont in the eighteenth and nineteenth century, along with the arcanist V.A. Gioanetti and the mysterious formula he invented. In collaboration with the Municipality of Vinovo.
